BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Hawkeye Community College to burn approximately 1 . 5 acres of
prairie grass located east of the Hawkeye Center and Campus View
Drive and 6 acres located north of Arboretum Drive, west of Hess
toad during March - May 2009, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March, 2009 .
