HOLD A FAMILY FESTIVAL AND CHRISTIAN MUSIC
CONCERT ON AUGUST 29, 2009 .

a' - r- WHEREAS, SHOUT! Ministries has requested to hold their 2nd
Annual SHOUT 4 Change 5K Walk/Run on May 16, 2009 , beginning at
9 : 00 a.m. , with route beginning at Sullivan Park, past Walter
Cunningham School of Excellence, Ferguson Field and Gates Park
and to hold a Family Festival and Christian Music Concert on
August 29, 2009 at Sullivan Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of SHOUT! Ministries to hold
their 2nd Annual SHOUT 4 Change 5K Walk/Run on May 16 , 2009,
beginning at 9 : 00 a.m. , with route beginning at Sullivan Park,
past Walter Cunningham School of Excellence, Ferguson Field and
Gates Park and to hold a Family Festival and Christian Music
Concert on August 29, 2009 at Sullivan Park, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March, 2009 .
