CD n n RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
t H SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
• CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 12"
t_7-• FLOOD CONTROL PUMP, TWO (2) 6" FLOOD CONTROL
c ,. ' '-� PUMPS, AND FOURTEEN (14) 4" FLOOD CONTROL

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of -contract, etc . , for the Purchase of One (1) 12" Flood Control
Pump, Two (2) 6" Flood Control Pumps, and Fourteen (14) 4" Flood
Control Pumps, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . ,
for the Purchase of One (1) 12" Flood Control Pump, Two (2) 6"
Flood Control Pumps, and Fourteen (14) 4" Flood Control Pumps,
which were preliminarily approved on February 23 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 9,
2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of One (1) 12" Flood
Control Pump, Two (2) 6" Flood Control Pumps, and Fourteen (14)
4" Flood Control Pumps, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March, 2009 .
