- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

c _ That the bid of Tricon General Construction Inc . of Dubuque,
Iowa, in the amount of $63 , 996 . 00 , plus $15 . 00 per square foot
nut- price for additional deck patch, for the construction of the
10O `Riverfront Stadium Grandstand Structural Repairs , described
irE. the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this
Ccunbil for said project, after public hearing on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March, 2009 .
