EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 9, 2009, at
c= a cost of $97, 400 . 00 , for construction-related services in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2009 Permanent Closure of Black Hawk
Creek Railroad Crossings, Contract No. 747, by and between VJ
Engineering of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March, 2009 .
