BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c ,that the agreement dated March 9, 2009, for grant in the amount
bf. $823 , 000 . 00, to be used for Mark' s Park and Amphitheater, by
and between Black Hawk County Gaming Association and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
,City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March, 2009 .
