sARCHITECTURE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

`.7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated March 9, 2009 , at a cost of $10 , 000 . 00,
E. for architectural services for a roof replacement at Gates Golf
Course Pro Shop, by and between Invision Architecture of
e, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
