RESOLUTION NO. 2009-198
RESOLUTION APPROVING THREE-YEAR LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH DOUG BRUNS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Three-Year Lease Agreement dated March 9, 2009, to bale
hay on approximately 28 acres of city-owned property generally
located at the southwest corner of Kimball Avenue and Highway 20
for $300 . 00 per year, and legally described as follows :
Commencing at the East 1/ corner of Section 9, Township
88 North, Range 13 West of the 5th Principal Meridian,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, thence South 89° 18 '
West, 40 . 0 feet along the North line of the Southeast 1/
of said Section 9 to the point of beginning:
Thence continuing West along said North line of the
Southeast 1/ of said Section 9 a distance of 1 . 0 foot;
