BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
a Orange Elementary School to burn approximately 1 . 3 acres of
v, prairie grass generally located south of the school during March -
May 2009, be and the same is hereby approved.
