c WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
r.:
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F.Y. 2009 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 9 and Trail Repairs,
Contract No. 752 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2009
Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 9 and Trail Repairs, Contract No .
752 , which were preliminarily approved on February 23 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 16,
2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2009 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 9
and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 752 , in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day M rch, 2009 .
