o w RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
- SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC . , IN
nCONJUNCTION WITH THE 2009 RIVERFRONT STADIUM

FIRST BASE PARTY DECK REPLACEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to -_prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc . , for the 2009 Riverfront Stadium First Base Party Deck
Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
• WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications , form of contract, etc . , for
the 2009 Riverfront Stadium First Base Party Deck Replacement,
which were preliminarily approved on March 2 , 2009 , and
H ` -'-WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 16 ,
2U09 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the 2009 Riverfront Stadium First Base Party
Deck Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day ff March, 20 9 .
