o `. SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
s a CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2009
FORD F-350 TRUCK WITH SERVICE BODY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
L said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of One (1) 2009 Ford F-350
Truck With Service Body, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . ,
for the Purchase of One (1) 2009 F-350 Truck With Service Body,
which were preliminarily approved on March 2 , 2009 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 16,
2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of One (1) 2009 Ford
F-350 Truck With Service Body, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th dayMa. ch, 2009 .
