BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Agreement dated March 16, 2009, at a cost of
129, 000 . 00, to provide design engineering services for the
l-iway 18/36 Rehabilitation Project, by and between AECOM of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the
some in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
