RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
s AGREEMENT WITH AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 16 , 2009, at
a cost of $39, 000 . 00, with city' s share of $9, 750 . 00 , in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2009 Riverview Recreational Trail,
Contract No. 726, by and between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day March, 2009 .
