BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the agreement dated March 16, 2009, at a cost not to exceed
c $10, 000 . 00, for additional services converting from single phase
to 3 phase of Riverfront Stadium Home and Visitors Locker Rooms,
by and between Struxture Architects of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 2009 .
