BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the Hold Harmless Agreement dated March 16, 2009, as part of
the acquisition of small portions of land and easements for the
Big Rock Road Box Culvert Improvement Project, by and between
Pallets, L. C. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk authorized
to__execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
