EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.

- , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the consultant proposal dated March 16, 2009, at a cost of
c• $5000 . 00 per month, to create legislative strategy for the city,
by and between Richard F. Warren & Associates of Washington, D. C.
-- and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
