WARREN & ASSOCIATES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
- SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
-- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
r that the agreement dated March 16 , 2009, at a cost of $30, 000 . 00 ,
for grant writing services to seek funding from the Office of
Community Services Program for Logan Plaza development, by and
between Richard F. Warren & Associates of Washington, D. C. and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of
'the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
