3E,:1--T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
•
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall met at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo,"__ Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 6th day of April, 2009, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans ,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
F.Y. 2009' Big Rock Road Bridges Replacement With Box Culverts,
Contract No. 739, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids
therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th da f -rch, 2009 .
