RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING

SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR THE

• CD n; 2009 RIGHT OF WAY MOWING.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
c' Services Director, to prepare and file specifications, bid
document, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc . , for the 2009 Right of Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
c7 i WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications , bid document, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same
are hereby preliminarily approved.
