CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF BIDS
- - THEREFORE, AS APRIL 6 , 2009, AT 5 : 30 P .M. AT
n ~ CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
r' HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 6th day of April, 2009 , for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications , bid document, form of contract and estimate of
cost for the 2009 Right of Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo
end tie-. taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day f arch, 2009 .
