RESOLUTION NO. 2009-228
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
_s CONJUNCTION WITH THE F. Y. 2009 STREET
`' `" RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 756 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F.Y. 2009 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No . 756 , in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2009 Street
Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 756 , which were
preliminarily approved on March 2 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 23,
2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2009 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract No. 756 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
