• n7 SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
- n3 COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2008
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS FIRE TRAINING CENTER 8"
WATER MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT.

' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
2008 Hazardous Materials Fire Training Center 8" Water Main
Extension Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the 2008 Hazardous
Materials Fire Training Center 8" Water Main Extension Project,
which were preliminarily approved on March 2 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 23,
2009, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the 2008 Hazardous Materials Fire Training
Center 8" Water Main Extension Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
