COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
c COMMERCIAL STREET PARKING GARAGE REPAIRS

--_ ;WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the Commercial Street
Parking Garage Repairs Phase I - Stairwells, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
.WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator did
file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc .- for the Commercial Street Parking Garage Repairs Phase I -
Stairwells, which were preliminarily approved on March 2 , 2009,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 23 ,
2009, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Commercial Street Parking Garage Repairs
Phase I - Stairwells, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
