BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
' That the bid of Witham Auto Center of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $37, 991 . 00, for the Purchase of One (1) 2009 Ford F-350
Truck With Service Body, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase, after
public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
