AGREEMENT WITH MOBILEMONEY, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.

c • BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Three-Year Lease Agreement dated March 23 , 2009, to
c
provide an ATM machine at the Waterloo Regional Airport at a cost
of _$150 . 00 per month, by and between MOBILEMONEY, Inc . and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
