RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION AND DIRECTING

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated March 23 , 2009 , for grant in the
amount of $7, 903 . 00 , to be used for an indoor/outdoor sound
system for Veterans Memorial Hall and Soldiers & Sailors Park, by
and between Black Hawk County Gaming Association and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
