that the contract of Tricon General Construction Inc . of Dubuque,
Iowa, for the 2009 Riverfront Stadium Grandstand Structural
Repairs, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
C tt of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
23- day of March, 2009, together with the accompanying bond for
th .faithful performance of said contract signed by The Hanover
Ins-drance Company of Worcester, Massachusetts, as surety thereon,
