RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MULLIN &
s rrinLONERGAN ASSOCIATES, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated March 23 , 2009, at a cost of $49, 980 . 00,
c• to provide professional services to update planning documents to
receive continued direct entitlement assistance from the U. S .
Department of Housing and Urban Development for Waterloo/Cedar
Falls HOME Consortium funds, by and between Mullin & Lonergan
Associates, Inc . of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
