o rrio RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
s M WATER WORKS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
o sti' CJ AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
s% - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated March 23 , 2009, for reconstruction of
existing water main and main extension on Spieker Road from
Pleasant Valley Drive south to the end of the cul-de-sac in
-. conjunction with the F.Y. 2009 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract No . 756 , by and between Waterloo Water Works and the
city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
