EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
r that the agreement dated March 23 , 2009, for Federal Highway
5t .mulus Program funds to be used for overlays on the following
streets :
Broadway Street from Donald Street to Burton Avenue,
Broadway Street from Park Road to Utica Street,
=r; c La Porte Road from Plymouth Avenue to Grimm Street,
San Marnan Drive from Hammond Avenue to Penny' s Street;
by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
