PETROLEUM, INC. , 127 JEFFERSON STREET, AND

c - DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT AND
AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
w that the contract dated March 23 , 2009, for Jumpstart Small
Business Assistance Program funds in the amount of $22 , 500 . 00 , by
and between King Racing, Inc . , 3345 University Avenue, and
amendment to contract for Jumpstart Small Business Assistance
Program funds in the amount of $12, 592 . 24 , by and between A & S
Petroleum, Inc . , 127 Jefferson Street, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
