rrirr RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AECOM AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
tri MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated March 23 , 2009, in the amount of
$21, 000 . 00, for design services of the acquisition of ground
power unit at the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between AECOM
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
