m RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
F s DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
o rrr ' EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

:7: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated March 23 , 2009, for Federal Highway
c. St=imulus Program funds in the amount of $817, 000 . 00 , to be used
,40' the Riverfront Renaissance Trail from 6th Street to 18th
Street on the south side of the Cedar River, by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
V PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
