BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated March 23 ,
2009, in the amount of $300 . 00 , in conjunction with settlement of
violation of tobacco laws, by and between Kum & Go, 117 East San
Marnan Drive, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
