HH � WHEREAS, said Contracts and Grants Coordinator did file said
iaminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for

Street 1218 Sycamore Street, 218-220 and 222-224 West 2nd
SI-tree , Contract No . 133-AR-04-13 -09-GO, which were preliminarily
approved on March 2 , 2009 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 6,
2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications , form of
contract, etc . , for Asbestos Removal for 181 East 10th Street,
116-118 East 8th Street, 1218 Sycamore Street, 218-220 and 222-
224 West 2nd Street, Contract No . 133-AR-04-13-09-GO, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April , 2009 .
