Or BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from the
Park Manager of George Wyth State Park to burn approximately 10
acres of prairie grass located between Wyth Lake and the main
park road during the period of April - May 2009 , be and the same
