RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF CHRISTIAN
N MOTORCYCLIST ASSOCIATION FOR VARIANCE TO

WHEREAS, Christian Motorcyclist Association is requesting a
ariance to the Noise Ordinance on June 6 , 2009 from 11 : 00 a .m.
f to 5 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with Hallelujah In The Park event to
be held at Lincoln Park, including PA system and music, and

Or:inance, Ordinance No. 3094 , and

WHEREAS, said Christian Motorcyclist Association has made
ffr-mal application for a variance effective June 6 , 2009 from

H < NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
A 'ERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Christian Motorcyclist
Association for a variance to Ordinance No . 3094 , Noise
Ordinance, on June 6 , 2009 from 11 : 00 a .m. to 5 : 00 p.m. in
conjunction with Hallelujah In The Park event to be held at
Lincoln Park, including PA system and music, be and the same
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2009 .
