c C WHEREAS, Grace Reformed Church, 520 Maxwell Street, is

'evuesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance on June 14 , 2009 and
August 9, 2009 from 8 : 00 a .m. to 1 : 00 p .m. in conjunction with
8tday In The Park event to be held at Galloway Park, including
N RA system and music, and
C WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise
Or'sAinance, Ordinance No. 3094 , and

n WHEREAS, said Grace Reformed Church, 520 Maxwell Street, has

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'ERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Grace Reformed Church, 520
well Street, for a variance to Ordinance No . 3094 , Noise
Ordinance, on June 14 , 2009 and August 9, 2009 from 8 : 00 a.m. to
1 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with Sunday In The Park event to be held
at Galloway Park, including PA system and music, be and the same
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2009 .
