c WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
cz; prsed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
°O 2009 Big Rock Road Bridges Replacement With Box Culverts,
Contract No . 739 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

n WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
schfications, form of contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2009 Big
Road Bridges Replacement With Box Culverts , Contract No.
T3 which were preliminarily approved on March 16 , 2009 , and
`WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 6 ,
2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2009 Big Rock Road Bridges
Replacement With Box Culverts, Contract No . 739, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April , 2009 .
