o rt. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c, 4e etofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
' td- prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
o contract, etc . , for the 2009 Right of Way Mowing, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
fix `eliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . ,
.-d the 2009 Right of Way Mowing, which were preliminarily
kpproved on March 16 , 2009, and

a H WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 6 ,
9, and no objections were made .

C NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
'form of contract, etc . , for the 2009 Right of Way Mowing, in the
g,ity of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2009 .
