o C WHEREAS, by Resolution No . 2009-260, specifications, bid
" document, form of contract, etc . , for the 2009 Right of Way
Iwing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
otdopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .

s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be made in accordance with said specifications .
