H Hcv BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

o c, That the bid of Failor Hurley Construction of Hudson, Iowa,
im -the amount of $621, 100 . 00, for the construction of the
.iciiitmercial Street Parking Garage Repairs, Phase I - Stairwells,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this- Council for said project, after public hearing on published
mice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
e lowest bid received for said work.
,'.' The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2009 .
