T o What the bid of C & J Construction of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in
theme amount of $52 , 031 . 80, for the construction of the 2008
Haz7ous Materials Fire Training Center 8" Water Main Extension
Protect, described in the plans and specifications heretofore
alio d by this Council for said project, after public hearing on
pub'l'ished notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
sprue being the lowest bid received for said work.
