BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the three-year agreement dated April 6 , 2009, to allow the
general public access to Police Department reports via the
Internet, by and between PoliceReports .US of Mooresville, North
Carolina and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
co approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2009 .
