c c H a WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
pffrcial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
c �cfications , form of contract and preliminary estimate of
(A Wit, etc . , for the Waterloo Center For The Arts 2009 Roof

specifications, and

n WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
,firmed said plans , specifications , form of contract and
p,Y liminary estimate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City
'fes,Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .

rri NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'ERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract

hereby preliminarily approved.
