ORDINANCE NO. 3977
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BLUFF
STREET GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN WEST 15TH AND
16TH STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
follows:
The Northeasterly 25 feet of Bluff Street lying adjacent to
Lots 6 and 7, Block 2 of Hayes Addition and adjacent to Lots
6 and 7, Bueghley's Out Lots, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention
of an easement over, under and above the described parcel.
