0§., Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 9 and Trail Repairs, Contract

adci` ed by this Council for said project, after public hearing on
t shed notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute

improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
