that the override of the mayoral veto of Resolution No . 2009-279
end repassing a resolution dated April 13 , 2009 approving
ap ication for COPS Hiring Recovery Program funding for entry-
xel salaries and benefits for three years for 5 newly hired
.-time sworn officer positions, with no required local match

Pc3f_cing Services (COPS) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
