o `" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
the applications dated April 13 , 2009, for grant in the
w1zikount of $10, 000 . 00 with the Iowa Arts Council and for grant in
e` amount of $10 , 000 . 00 with the Community Foundation of
ci\Theast Iowa, to assist with funding of Art and Environment :
Ache-re People Gather Project, by and between the Iowa Arts
`G uracil, the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa and the City=Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
